## How Melty uses The Forest

Cannibal survival people pair with other owned sandbox or horror games.

The Forest is a survival title. Melty is not a storefront for it. The app looks for a copy you already own, then installs mashup files and starts the game when you press Play.

You can still pair The Forest with another owned game and publish the mashup with Claude Code or Codex.

## Setup, safety, friends

Play downloads the mashup, installs what it needs, and launches. Uninstall restores the files Melty touched.

Multiplayer mashups mint an invite link. Uploads are checked for dangerous files.

## FAQ

### Does Melty include The Forest?

No. You need your own copy. Melty opens the store if The Forest is missing.

### Can I mash The Forest with another game I own?

Yes. Melty's product line is "combine any game in your library and play with your friends."

### What is a mashup?

A mod that joins games into one. In SkyCraft, you play Skyrim as a Minecraft player.

### Do I need the games?

Yes. Mashups run on games you own. If you are missing one, Melty sends you to its store.

### What does Play do?

It downloads the mashup, installs what it needs, and starts the game. Uninstalling puts every file back as it was.
