Owned games Melty can turn into mashups

Melty does not replace your store. It starts mashups on copies of Minecraft, Elden Ring, Skyrim, MW2, Halo MCC, Portal, and other titles you already own.

Melty is a free Windows desktop app from Stella Montis Inc., backed by Y Combinator. The public landing still shows Download, How it works, and FAQ only. This hub exists so search engines and AI crawlers can open a clean HTML/Markdown URL for the topic.

Mashups run on games you own. Play downloads the mashup, installs what it needs, and starts the game. Uninstalling puts every file back. Multiplayer mashups get an invite link. You can publish your own mashup by pasting Melty instructions into Claude Code or Codex.

Download the Windows app, press Play on a mashup, and keep or share the lobby link if the mashup is multiplayer. If a required game is missing, Melty opens that game's store instead of pirating a copy.
